Welcome to The Village Gan
The Village Gan is an exceptional Jewish nursery in the heart of Hampstead. Our Ofsted-rated setting is located on the premises of The Village Shul and welcomes children up to the age of 5.
Our nursery is operated by the Werton Group, a trusted provider of exceptional Jewish early years education across London.

Learning Through Play
Our curriculum is designed to use your child’s natural curiosity and interests as a channel for education. We do this by planning fun, engaging games and activities around a weekly theme. Each activity is used to teach different topics from the EYFS.
We like to plan our themes around the Jewish calendar. Your little one will come home every week excited to share their new knowledge about Jewish values and culture as well as the EYFS topics they learnt.
In addition to our enriching daily curriculum, your child will also enjoy a range of exciting extracurricular activities. These are all included in our nursery sessions, for no extra cost.
Every week the children enjoy Werton Woodlands Academy sessions, a forest school themed programme tailored for nursery ages. Led by outdoor education specialist Ari Sher, these sessions enrich our curriculum with hands-on learning experiences beyond the classroom.
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm
Extra hours available from 4 pm - 6 pm
Fridays 8 am - 12:30 pm thoughout the year
